Social Night:
This is a shout-out to the Thoroughbred Region of the Porsche Club. Our region has recently introduced monthly social nights for members and their guests. These evenings are a chance to meet and chat with other members from the club in a casual social setting.
Restaurants are the most common gathering spots where eating, talking , and enjoying each others stories take place. If you are new to the club, it’s a great way to acquaint yourself with others in an atmosphere that is friendly, laid back, and fun.
These social nights also help attendees to “talk Porsche talk” and learn something from a fellow Porsche owner. You will never meet a stranger at these events!
Events are usually scheduled on weekday evenings at approximately 6:00pm. Watch for email announcements and on the FTR website calendar. We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming social night.
Thoroughbred Region PCA Margaritaville Holiday Party: A Festive Celebration for a Great Cause! 🌴
This year’s holiday party transported us straight to Margaritaville! Members of the Thoroughbred Region PCA embraced the tropical theme with fun and festive attire, creating a vibrant, beachy vibe amidst the holiday season. Guests enjoyed snapping photos with themed props by a beautifully adorned Christmas tree while the DJ seamlessly blended holiday classics with Margaritaville-inspired tunes.
The afternoon’s menu was a culinary delight, featuring savory beef brisket, flavorful teriyaki salmon, tender chicken, and a colorful array of carrots, green beans, and an incredible salad. To top it all off, no Margaritaville-inspired celebration would be complete without a delicious slice of key lime pie for dessert!
The heart of the event wasn’t just in the food, music, or decor—it was in the generosity of our commUNITY. We are thrilled to share that $4,935 was donated to the Ronald McDonald House. Their extraordinary mission to provide comfort, care, and support to families with sick children across the globe resonated deeply with everyone in attendance, reminding us of the spirit of the season: giving and gratitude.
A heartfelt thank you to all who joined and contributed to making this event such a success. Together, we brought holiday cheer, fostered meaningful connections, and made a tangible impact for those in need.
